“I made it myself” are four powerful words. Making something is good for your soul, helping you to explore your creative capacity, gain confidence and learn new skills that could literally change your life. Making art is always a therapeutic process and as a licensed clinical therapist, it is my honor to guide you in learning more about yourself through hands-on experience making art.
